1.      The gate cards of property owners who have not paid their 2011 CFA Invoices have been removed from all gates, except the gate leading to their property.  A $25 late fee has been added to all accounts not paid by February 28^th. 

2.      Bill Ingram, one of our maintenance men has tendered his resignation.  His last day of work will be next Friday, March 18^th.  We wish Bill the best at his new job, which is much closer to his home.

3.      Starting Monday maintenance will change their working hours to the summer schedule of 7:00 - 3:30.

4.      Marina fees will be billed approximately March 15^th, and payment is due on April 1^st.  Anyone that hasn’t paid these fees by April 7^th will jeopardize their chance of retaining their existing slip.  All fees on at least their primary lot must be paid before an owner is eligible to rent a marina space.

5.   April 22^nd at 4:00 PM is the deadline for interested Board of Director candidates to file a statement of candidacy at the CFA office.  Please consider becoming a CFA Board Member.  This is an important election with 2 of the 5 positions being filled.  CFA exists and thrives only through the efforts of its members and volunteers.
