The CFA owns a number of lots within the community. These lots may be purchased from the Association In order to build each lot must have the capability to hold a septic system; county sewage is not available. More home building information is available at the CFA office. All construction is subject to applicable county and state building codes and regulations.

Annual fees paid by each landowner to the Association ensure the upkeep of Carolina Forest roads and amenities.
